Serves 6Partially freeze pork; slice thinly in bite size strips. In small bowl, blend soy sauce, cornstarch, water, and pepper. Preheat wok or large skillet. Add oil. To hot oil add ginger and garlic. Add meat; stir fry to brown real good. Add vegetables and bamboo shoots. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add liguid, stir until bubbly. Cover and cook on low for 1 minute.
