How Do I Make Pork and Mango Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Pork and Mango Stir Fry:

Pound pork chop 1/4 inch thin and slice into strips.Combine orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, corn starch, ginger, garlic in a bowl and whisk to combine. Slice mango, snap peas and romaine lettuce. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat, add pork strips and cook until browned, approx 3 minutes. Add snap peas and cook one more minute. Add soy sauce mixture and stir constantly 1 minute, until thickened (add water as needed). Add romaine lettuce and cook 30 seconds. Add mango and take off heat, serve immediately.
