Here is how you make Sushi Rolls:

Heat oil in pan with garlic. Add tofu cut into small slices. Fry until heated through and slightly crispy. Mix together with rice.spread about 1 oz of cheese on seaweed sheet. Add a little less than 1/4 cup of rice mixture and spread it over as much of the sheet as possible. Place cucumber and sprouts on top of the rice. Roll the sheet into a cone shape.
