3 T molasses
3 T soy sauce (unsalted)
2 cloves garlic

1 lb steak
1 bag (10oz) of frozen vegetables

4 C rice

1 tsp cornstarch
crushed red pepper


How Do I Make 15-minute Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make 15-minute Stir-Fry:

Mix in a large bowl, vinegar, molasses, soy sauce and garlic. Dice up the steak into small strips (1/4" thick). Place meat in the sauce and set aside. Begin to cook the rice. Take meat out of the sauce (reserving the sauce) and cook it in a skillet or wok. Once cooked, remove and place back in the sauce. Add to the wok your frozen vegetables. Let them begin to warm and them added the meat still reserving the sauce. Add to the sauce 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and blend.
