How Do I Make Shirataki Soy Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Shirataki Soy Stir Fry:

Rinse noodles thoroughly. Be sure to rinse very well and drain excess liquid. Par boil for 2-3 mins. I added some Garlic Powder and Soy Sauce to the water to add to the flavor of the noodles. Dry the noodles again. I drained all the excess liquid from them, then microwaved them on a plate for 2 mins (1 min at a time). This will drain them of all their liquid. To further dry, I put them in a hot dry skillet for a few minutes. This is supposed to give them a better flavor and texture. I started the veggies separately so they'd have enough time to cook, while I was drying the noodles. Once veggies are cooked halfway through, combine all together in a non-stick pan and stir fry. Serving Size:?1 serving
