1 box rice noodles
4 tsp Asian Seasoning
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup Orange chicken sauce
1 can pineapple tidbits, with juice
.5 TBSP Ground Ginger
1 TBSP cornstarch
2 oz water

1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 TBSP garlic
2 cups snap peas
2 TBSP Tamari sauce
Sriacha sauce
Fresh cilantro
Lime Juice


How Do I Make Thai Noodle Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Thai Noodle Stir Fry:

Makes 8, 1-2 cup servingsPut rice noodles in hot water and let sit for 10 minutes. (Or follow directions on rice noodle package. )Cut chicken into cubes. Sprinkle Asian Seasoning on the chicken (about 4 tsp) Sprinkle 1 tsp of Sesame Oil in a wok. Cook chicken until done. Add Panda Express Orange Chicken sauce (or other orange chicken sauce.) Add one can of pineapple tidbits, juice included. Add Ginger. Add 1 TBSP of cornstarch to about 2 oz of water. Pour cornstarch slurry into sauce. Bring sauce to a boil and let boil for a few minutes. Remove chicken and sauce from wok, and put in a bowl. Add 1 more tsp of sesame oil to wok. Add onions, carrots, mushrooms and cabbage to wok. Stirfry about halfway done. Add snap peas. Add 2 TBSP of Tamari sauce. Add Sriacha sauce to taste. Pour chicken and sauce mixture over veggies. Add rice noodles. Put lid on pan and cook about 5-8 minutes, until veggies and noodles are done.
