5 cloves of Garlic, finely minced
1 T. Olive Oil
2-3 T. low sodium Soy Sauce (I used 2)
2 T. Honey
Red Pepper flakes (optional)

Here is how you make Honey Garlic Stir Fry:

1.) Steam vegetables in the microwave until al dente.2.) Heat oil on medium in a skillet or wok - I use cast iron.3.) Saute garlic and onion until soft and fragrant, stirring constantly.4.) Add lean protein and continue to stir5.) Turn heat up to high and add steamed veggies6.) Add honey and soy sauce to the skillet, stirring constantly.7.) Vegetables will begin to lightly carmelize in the sauce after a couple of minutes.8.) Remove from heat and sprinkle chili peppers on top if desired. Serve immediatelyMakes 5 servings of 4 oz chicken and all the veggies you want. If you want more veggies, increase the sauce in increments.
