1 tbsp coconut oil

3 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce or tamari)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 orange, juiced
0.5 tsp ginger powder (or 1 tbsp minced fresh)
pinch of red pepper flake (or to taste)
2-3 drops stevia

Here is how you make Citrus Vegetable Lo Mein:

Start cooking brown rice noodles. I would time them to be done when the vegetables will be done cooking. Brown rice noodles do not sit and wait well due to their starch content.Melt coconut oil in a med-hot saute pan or wok. Cook the onion until just turning brown on the edges. Add the garlic and cook for a couple minutes to build the flavor. Add the vegetables except any leaves. If the pan gets dry, add more coconut oil or a little cooking water from the noodles -- the water will help to gently steam the vegetables. (A couple tablespoons is plenty, you want to prevent burning but you don't want to drown the veg or create too much base liquid.) While the veggies cook, combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. While veggies are still slightly underdone, add the leaves (or any remaining tender vegetables). Once the leaves begin to wilt, add the drained noodles and sauce. Turn off the heat and stir for a few minutes to combine and allow the sauce to coat and absorb.Enjoy!
