Here is how you make Easy Vegetable Stir-Fry:

Fill a saucepan with water, and set on high to boil.Once water is boiling, add a quick splash of oil; add bean sprouts and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.Drain and remove from heat; stir in pepper and ground ginger to taste. Set aside.While saucepan is preparing to boil, in the meantime add water to a non-stick skillet until the bottom is just covered. Heat on medium-high or until boiling.Once boiling, add mushrooms, water chestnuts, and frozen broccoli.Cover, stirring occasionally until broccoli is fully cooked through. Drain off any extra water, then add bean sprouts to the skillet; stir well.
