How Do I Make Ramen Veggie Mix?

Here is how you make Ramen Veggie Mix:

Chop or slice the vegetables to your liking. Saute Onions, garlic, mushrooms and cabbage about 5 minutes in the olive oil and a 1/4 cup of the broth. Add the curry powder and salt. Throw in the other vegetables and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the broth. Simmer to the consistency of your choice, some people like their veggies soft, others crispy. Add the ramen and just enough broth to cover it. Cook another 3 minutes and serve. I also like to add a smidgeon of the spice packet that comes in the Ramen.
