1 C. Fat Free Low Sodium Beef Broth
1 lb Frozen Broccoli
1/2 a 10oz bag Frozen Peas
1/2 a 10oz bag Frozen Corn

Here is how you make Pork Veggie Stir:

Place oils in Large non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Slice Pork into strips. Dice celery. Place Garlic and ginger in pan, stir, cook 1 minute. Add Pork and Celery. Cook until brown. Add Coriander, Pepper, and Onion Powder, Soy sauce, Honey, and Vinegar. Bring to rapid Simmer. In a small bowl combine Broth, flour and Corn Starch, stir until disolved. Push Pork to sides of pan, whisk in broth mixture.
