1 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. ground black pepper
2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded low-fat cheddar
1 c. shredded gouda
2 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan
2 T. dried parsley
1 t. olive oil

Here is how you make Corn and Bacon Macaroni Bake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel.In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, mustard, and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 min. Whisk in milk, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat to low. Add cheddar and gouda cheeses; stir until cheese melts. Remove from heat.Stir macaroni, bacon, and corn into cheese mixture. Spoon into baking dish. For crumb topping, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, and olive oil.
