2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted, divided
salt, freshly ground pepper
16 ounces sauerkraut, drained
1/2 pound corned beef, trimmed of fat, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/3 cup each: mayonnaise & chili sauce
1 can (16 oz) tomatoes or 1 cup fresh diced
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup rye bread crumbs

Here is how you make Reuben Bake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, middle rack. Toss noodles, with 1/2 tbsp melted butter, season with salt & pepper. Layer in bottom of 4 quart casserole. Arrange layer of sauerkraut on top of noodles, then corned beef. Combine mayonnaise with chili sauce, spread over corned beef. Top with tomatoes, then cheese, both evenly distributed. Toss bread crumbs with remaining butter, sprinkle over cheese. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes, until hot & bubbly. Serve hot.
