1/3 cup progresso Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
A dash of Milk (1-2 tablespoons)


How Do I Make Spicy Baked Pork Chops?

Here is how you make Spicy Baked Pork Chops:

Pre-heat oven to 350. Take the pork chops and trim off any excess fat, set aside. On a plate mix the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, red pepper, and italian seasoning. In a bowl mix the eggs, garlic, and milk. Coat the pork chops in the milk/egg mixture and coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Spray a glass baking pan lightly with cooking spray and set the porkchops inside. Place the chops in the oven and bake for twenty minutes, flip the chops and bake an additional 15 minutes. Make sure you check that the internal temperature reaches a toasty 165 and plate and enjoy.I made this with a side of stir-fry vegetables and some applesauce. It was delicious.
