Cook the noodles until tender (about 15 minutes) in 1.5 quarter boiling water to which 1.5 tsp. salt has been added. Lightly brown the onion. Add hamburger and cook slowly until brown. Blend in the flour. Add cooked noodles. Add Veg-All including the liquid, the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
