Preheat the oven to 500.Lay the beef tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.Spray the beef with olive oil using a misto sprayer giving it about 4 pumps to cover all surfaces.Season to taste with salt, pepper and Ms. Dash garlic blend (or any blend). Now let the roast rest for 5-10 minutes while the oven pre-heats.Put the roast in the 500 degree oven in the middle of the rack and close the oven and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes reduce the heat to 300 degrees and continue to bake for about 40 minutes or longer if you prefer your roast more done.
