Here is how you make Breakfast Frittata:

Saute the onion, mushroom, jalapeno, garlic, and tomatoes with a few sprays of olive oil. Add 1/2 of the hard salami and cook for a few more minutes. Beat the eggs, water, salt, and pepper. Add the eggs to the pan and cook for a few minutes.Place the other half of the salami on top of the egg mixture. Put the pan into the oven for 10 minutes.
