Here is how you make Breakfast Hash:

Dice bacon and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside. Dice potato and cook in bacon grease until crispy. Add to bacon. Dice onion, pepper and sausage. Cook until onion and pepper are soft and sausage begins to brown. Add bacon and potato back to the skillet. Push hash aside to form holes. Put 1/2 pat butter in each hole. Put one egg in each hole.
