Here is how you make Homemade Breakfast Pockets:

mix dough with 1/2 Cup Hot water. Cover and let rise for 5-10 minutes. Scramble Egg, Prepare Gravy mix according to directions, chop canadian bacon.To assemble, portion the dough into 16 equal pieces. Roll out and make small pizzas. on 8 of the circles place 1 Tbs egg, 1 Tbs Cheese, 1 Tbs Gravy and 1 1/2 slices (chopped) bacon.Put another "pizza" shaped dough over the top and seal the edges.Place on a greased cooking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
