Ground beef - 12 - 16 oz.
1/4 c. diced red onion
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 -15 oz. can Chile beans
dash of ground cumin.
You may add more seasonings to taste.
A hamburger bun or bread is optional.


How Do I Make Mexi-burgers?

Here is how you make Mexi-burgers:

Brown and crumble meat. During this time chop onion(you may use white or yellow onion if you wish). Drain any extra fat. Add onion to skillet and cook until starting to soften. Return ground meat to skillet and add tomato sauce, beans and any addditonal seasonings desired. Let simmer, stirring occaisionally to prevent sticking. Cook down until the sauce is thick enough to stay on the bun while you bite.
