1 small tomato, diced
1/4c chopped onion
1 tsp lemon juice
8 flour tortilla (small, taco size)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded romaine
1 tbsp thousand island dressing

Here is how you make Quesadilla Burgers:

Mix ground beef, goya adobo seasoning, worchestershire sauce, and 1/2 of the dried cilantro. Divide into 4 equal patties.Mix together tomato, onion, remaining dried cilantro, and lemon juice.Cook patties to your liking.On a heated griddle, place on tortilla. Top the tortiall with 1/4 of each, romaine, cheese, tomato onion mixture, and thousand island dressing. On this place a cooked burger. Top it with another tortilla. Cook until the bottom tortilla is slightly crispy. Flip the stack over and cook until the bottom tortilla is slightly cripsy.
