Here is how you make My Cornbeef and Cabbage:

In a large stock pot place Brisket and seasoning packet in pot & Onion Powder & pepper . Cover with 12 cups of Water and simmer on low for several hours. Remove meat and separate. Throw away fat & return meat to broth. Peel & cut into chunks 6 red potato's. Cut into pieces and add 1 whole white onion, 1 16oz bag of baby carrots cut into halfs, 1 medium head of cabbage cut up and add 8 more cups of water.
