Cut core from cabbages, seperate leaves, boil for about twenty minutes, and drain.While cabbage is boiling cook the rice. In large bowl add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic and italian seasoning and chopped tomato. Drain cans on kidney and chickpeas and rinse. Push them through a grinder or puree them in a food processer. Add to meat mixture. Add cooked rice and mix all together. I use my kitchen aide stand mixer. Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves based on the size of the leaf. Place in large roasting pan. Water down the pasta sauce to double the amount and pour over the rolls. Cover with foil (loosely).
