In a large pan, spray w/ Pam. Brown your ground meat w/ the chopped onion and sprinkle w/ Tony Chachere to taste. In Louisiana, we like it spicy!After the meat is brown, dump in the cabbage and carrot mix. Cover and smother, stirring frequently until the cabbage is soft.
