This dish is called little league casserole b/c my mom would make it the day before and then throw it in the oven and when we got home from little league, it was done and supper was on the table. This is one of my childhood favorites so i tweeked it to cut down calories/fat.

The ingredients for Little League Casserole are:

1 lb 93% lean hamburger meat (raw)
2 medium sized potatoes - peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 medium onion- sliced into 1/2 inch rings (seperate rings)
1 can Pork N Beans (i use van camp)
1 can condensed tom. soup
4 slices turkey bacon
6 slices american cheese singles (I use kraft 2%)
salt and pepper


How Do I Make Little League Casserole?

Here is how you make Little League Casserole:

In a casserole dish (9x12), layer onion ring, then potatoes. Sprinkle with Salt and pepper. On top of the pots, layer the raw hamburger meat. Next, spread over the can of pork n beans, then undiluted tom soup. Cut bacon strips in half and layer on top of tom soup. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
