Spray a large pan, or roasting pan place a fully thawed Chicken, push under the skin with your fingers. Don?t poke through the skin, then move to the Drum sticks and do the same things. Fill under the skin and the cavity of the chicken with lemon, carrots, celery. Then place the onion around the chicken, and if you have any left put some in the cavity, and even under the skin. In a small bowl combine the spices, then sprinkle it in the chicken, under the skin, and on the top. If any veggies left spread around the chicken and use the last of the spice on the veggies.
