Butterful Pork Chops or Chicken breasts, (2-3)
Brown Sugar, 3 Tablespoons unpacked
Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing,1/2 Cup

Here is how you make Sweet Potatoes and Pork/Chicken Delight:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Spray one 9X13 pan and set aside.Peel sweet potatoes, then cut into 3/4" thick lengths.In a large mixing bowl place all ingredients except the meat. Mix thoroughly until all is coated & carefully lift out of mixture, keeping enough in bowl to cover the remaining meat, place into pan.Place the meat into the remaining ingredients until all meat is evenly coated and lift into pan, can lay over sweet potatoes. Pour remaining ingredients over top of mixtuer in 9X13 pan.Place in middle of the oven for@ 375 for 60 minutes or until potatoes are soft.Serving Size: Makes 4 equal servingsNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user GIESONP.
