serving size:2Preheat saute pan on med high with olive oil. add chicken, when it starts to brown add onion, jalapeno and garlic. When onions are carmelized stir in half of the tomatos and salsa. Turn off heat and add spinich and cheese. Stir. Warm tortillas in a flat bottom pan (i use cast iron).
