Here is how you make Chili Dog Casserole:

Spray 9 X 13 in. baking dish or pan w/ spray. Sprinkle 2/3 of crushed chips in baking dish. Top woth hot dogs and sprinkle w/ 1 cup cheese. In a large borl, combine chilil beans, chili, tomatoes, sauce, onion, pepper, and taco seasoning mix. Stir to mix completely. Pour mixture into casserole and top w/ remaining 1.5 cups cheese and crushed chips.Bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes or until casserole is thoroughly heated.Serve w/ a dallop of sour cream, if desired.
