Add in the onion, jalapeno, garlic, and some chocolate (really, it gives the chili a great flavor). Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30-60 mins to thicken.Serve with cilantro - and you can top with a lot of things depending on your tastes (cheese, sour cream, more onions, tomatoes, etc), not included in calorie count.Also goes GREAT with cornbread (also not included).Serving size is for a pretty gigantic bowl.
