2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 - 4 Tbls chili powder
1/2-1 tsp. chili flakes

Here is how you make Joanna's Easy Chili:

Makes 8 servings1. Brown beef in pot. After cooked, rinse and drain well.2. Add in chili powder, onions, peppers and garlic and fry for 5 minutes.3. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and chili flakes, and stir thoroughly. Add salt to taste.4. Bring to a simmer, and cook uncovered for 20 - 30 minutes.5.
