How Do I Make Jerrys Low Fat Chili?

Here is how you make Jerrys Low Fat Chili:

Brown Ground Beef in a pressure cooker. Drain any grease. Put Diced Tomato on top. Add 2 cans of water. Add onion and Celery (do not mix in just put on top) Add your Chili seasoning.Put on lid, make sure it is sealed. Cook on Medium heat. Once the top whistler starts leave on for 45 minutes. Release Pressure and Open. Now mix well. Add 1 cup tomato juice and Ketchup and allow to simmer for about 15 min. Serve with raw celery or diced onion.
