What Are The Ingredients For Jim's Chili Recipe?The ingredients for Jim's Chili are: 1 lb ground sirloin3 cloves of garlic 1 Medium onion 1 15.5 oz can Red Kidney Beans 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce 1 15 oz can of Diced Tomatoes 1 Tbsp Chili Powder (or to taste) 1 Tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper 1/4 tsp Tabasco 4 Cups Basmati Rice How Do I Make Jim's Chili?Here is how you make Jim's Chili: Dice Garlic and onions. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over Med-High heat. Drain fat and add garlic and onions. Cook 2-3 minutes until garlic is lightly browned and fragrant. Drain the kidney beans, and add to the pan, along with the tomato sauce, diced Tomatoes and spices.* Mix well. Lower heat and simmer chili over low heat for at least 30 minutes. While Chili is cooking, make rice, and serve chili over 1/2 cup of rice. (you may substitute pasta or another starch but the calorie count will change!)*spices may be adjusted to personal tastes!
