Here is how you make Chili Stew:

Combine first 8 ingredients (listed under Seasoning Mix) in a small bowl until evenly distributed. Set aside. Crumble ground beef into large 4-quart microwave safe dish. Add onions and green pepper. MICROWAVE (high), uncovered 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir and repeat if necessary. Drain and rinse meat mixture under hot water and return to microwave dish. Add diced tomatoes, vegetables, beans and mix in **seasoning mix, stirring lightly. Cover tightly with lid.
