Put pasta water on to boil with olive oil and salt added.Cut bacon into small pieces and fry on medium heat in sauce pot until cooked but not crispy. Add ground sirloin and sear on med-high heat.Add tomatoes.Add spices and wine. Bring to boil and then lower to simmer.When pasta water is boiling, add pasta to water (preferably linguine or fettucini). Cook according to instructions.When pasta is cooked, drain and return to pasta pot. Add sauce to pasta pot and mix together.
