Here is how you make Easy Stuffed Peppers Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350.2. Remove tops of peppers, cut out seeds and membranes. Cook peppers in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Drain. 3. While peppers are boiling, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Add onion and cook until softened. Drain and return to skillet.4. Mix in 1/4-1/3 cup of cheese. Add rice, salt, garlic salt, and 1 cup of tomato sauce to the beef. Cook until all is hot.5. Spoon beef mixture into the peppers. Stand peppers upright in small baking dish, 8x8 would work.6. Pour remaining tomato sauce over tops of peppers. Cover with foil & bake for 45 min.7. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.8.
