Brown ground meats, add onions and saute. Add enchilada sauce., COC soup, milk and stir til combined. Simmer about 10 minutes on low heat. Grate cheeses, slice/chop olives. Roll u each tortilla with cheeses and chopped olives (**Feell free to add whatever you want!) , arrange in glass baking dish. When ready to cook, cover enchiladas with meat sauce.
