Spaghetti sauce 9 whole wheat lasagna noodles (uncooked) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. parsley flakes 1 cup water How Do I Make Crissy's Low-fat Lasagna?Here is how you make Crissy's Low-fat Lasagna: Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef in sauce pan, add spaghetti sauce and water, simmer for 10 minutes. In separate bowl combine cottage cheese, 1/2 of italian five cheese blend, parmesan cheese, egg beaters, salt, pepper, and parsley until blended. In 11 x 7 glass baking dish, pour 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan, place 3 lasagna noodles on top of sauce, then layer with 1 cup sauce then 1/2 of cheese mixture, 3 more lasagna noodles, 1 cup sauce, remaining cheese mixture, 3 more noodles, remaining sauce and top with remaining italian five cheese blend. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
