Mix Garlic, Rosemary, Onion and Olive Oil together. Place flank steak in container large enough for the steak and pour in mixture. Shake to coat the flank steak with mixture. Let sit for at least 4 hours.Grill coated flank steak over direct heat (5 minutes per side)until medium or medium/raw. May finish cookin using indirect heat for last 5 minutes.
