Here is how you make Ham and Asparagus Frittata:

Heat oven to 400 Degrees. Mix Eggs, Whites. Cheese and Oregano. Set Aside.Heat 1 tablespoon Oil in a 10 inch saut? pan or cast iron skillet on medium high. Cook onion until golden, about 7 minutes.Add Ham, Potato, Asparagus and Tomatoes. Cook about 4 minutes or until Asparagus softens.Add egg mixture to pan and tilt pan to evenly distribute eggs. Cook eggs until they just begin to set (3 to 4 minutes).Place pan in oven and cook for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.\, or until eggs are firm and top is lightly browned.Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
