Here is how you make Texas Hash:

Prepare rice according to directions. In a seperate pan, brown meat, onion, and bell peppers, drain. Add diced tomatoes. (Subsitute with Rotel tomatoes for added spiciness if you wish.) Drain, then add corn. Add 1 tsp chili powder, salt. Cover and simmer while waiting for rice to cook. Once rice is finished, combine both rice and mixture in a large plastic bowl, cover with saran wrap, and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes.
