VH Lite Soya sauce, 6 tbsp
Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Cornstarch, 2-4 tbsp


How Do I Make Honey Ginger Pot Roast?

Here is how you make Honey Ginger Pot Roast:

Brown roast in pot in the olive oil and the clove of garlic (garlic powder may be substituted).Mix 2 cups of water, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 4 tbsp soya sauce, and 1 tsp. ginger. If cooking on stovetop, pour over browned roast. If cooking in slow cooker, transfer roast to crockpot and pour honey ginger mixture over roast.On stovetop, simmer slowly for 1.5-2 hours; in crockpot, cook on low for 6-8 hours. When roast is cooked, remove roast, stir together cornstarch and the remaining 2 tbsp soya sauce. Stir into honey ginger sauce to make gravy.
