Preheat over to 350 deg. cook beef in skillet until done, drain and set aside. Saute the next 5 ingredients in butter for 5 minutes. Add 1 Cup water. cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in soup and cooked groud beef until blended. Sprinkle half of the chow mein noodles innto a greased shallow baking dish. Spoon meat misture over noodles. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
