2 green bell peppers
2 medium onions
2 medium red peppers
16 ounce container of button mushrooms
2 zucchini's
2 12 ounce can's of V8 Cocktail juice


How Do I Make Italian Sausages with veggies?

Here is how you make Italian Sausages with veggies:

Add cooking spray to the bottom of a large skillet.Brown sausages over medium high heat in a skillet and remove excess grease.In a large saucepan over medium heat add chopped up onions, peppers, zucchini and mushrooms.Add 2 cans of V8 Cocktail juice.Mix together and add sausages when browned. (I like to wash off the sausages once they are browned to get excess grease off them). Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 and 1/2 hours stirring occassionally. I will add some oregano and parsley and a little pepper to taste.You can use Turkey sausages instead of pork if you have them. Note: You can add or eliminate any veggies you would like.
