10 oven ready lasagna noodles
2 cups Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
3 med tomatos diced
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups spinach, chopped
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning ( basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley)
2 cups shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
2 cups low fat dry cottage cheese


How Do I Make Cheatin Lasagna?

Here is how you make Cheatin Lasagna:

Combine cottage cheese with spinach, set aside.Brown beef , drain and rinse. Add veggies, cook till tender. Add pasta sauce, italian seasoning and water, allow to come to near boil.Layer 1 cup sauce, 3 noodles, 1 cup sauce, cottage cheese and spinach, 3 noodles, 1 cup sauce. Repeat till finishing with sauce. Top with shredded cheese.
