454 grams Ground beef, lean 500 grams Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 375 grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk .33 tbsp Basil .33 tbsp Lawry's spaghetti seasoning (by KDVADER3) 3 cup Newman's Own Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce 8 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles 3 cup Mushrooms, canned 250 mL Water, tap 2 tbsps Parmesan cheese ************************************************ 1 lb ground beef 1 500 gram tub of 1% cottage cheese 1 large egg 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 700 ml jar of tomato and basil pasta sauce 1/2 lb uncooked lasagna noodles (approximately 10) 2 ten ounce cans of stems and pieces canned mushrooms 1 cup water 2 tbsps Parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Easiest Lasagna Ever:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. 2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook hamburger 8-10 minutes, or until brown. Drain and set aside. 3. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese , basil and Italian seasoning. Set aside. 4. Pour half the spaghetti sauce into the prepared baking dish. Cover sauce with half the uncooked noodles. Spread cheese mixture over noodles, than layer over that the hamburger, mushrooms, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, remaining noodles, and remaining sauce. Pour 1/4 cup of water into each corner of baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. 5. Bake 1 1/4 hours. Do not unseal the top until cooking time is done. 6. Remove from oven, uncover, and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
