12 Creamette Oven Ready (no boil) lasagna noodles
1 jar Prego Light Traditional spaghetti sauce
1 pound package of light ricotta cheese
3 turkey italian sausage links, casings removed
1 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup romano cheese
oregano
basil
garlic powder


How Do I Make Lighter Lasagna?

Here is how you make Lighter Lasagna:

Brown the turkey italian sausage and crumble it. Put a little of the sauce in the bottom of a deep 9 3/8 in. pan. Place three noodles in the bottom. Mix the ricotta cheese with oregano, basil, and garlic powder to taste. Spread half the mixture on the noodles evenly, and layer some spinach leaves over the mixture. Place three more noodles over that layer. Spread the cooked sausage over the noodles, and pour half of the remaining sauce over the sausage. Place three more noodles down, and spread the rest of the ricotta cheese mixture and layer the rest of the spinach leaves. Place three more noodles on top, pour on the rest of the sauce, and spread the mozzarella and romano cheese on top. Sprinkle on oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
