**Note: My mom always put ketchup IN the meat. This is my healthier substitute. I wouldn't eat it as a topping, but it works fine in the mixture.**

Here is how you make Cereza's Skinnier Meat Loaf:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except Ragu. Press into a meatloaf pan, cover with foil, and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake 15 more minutes.
