Brown meat, taco seasoning or salsa can be added for additional flavor. Place a tortilla on a baking sheet. Spread salsa on it like pizza sauce. Add chopped black olives, meat and about an ounce of cheese. Repeat once. Each melt will use 2 tortillas. Bake for about 10 minutes or until heated through and melted.
