Here is how you make Cheeseburger Muffins:

Season ground beef with seasoning and Worcestershire sauce then cook. In a bowl mix the flout, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and pepper together then add eggs and sour cream and mix into your dough. Get a muffin pan and use muffin liners to keep dough from sticking and divide dough up into 8 equal servings in the muffin pan. Next use a tablespoon to creat an indention for the meat in each muffin tin and add meat. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
